Pre-Scoop Ice Cream

To save time and hassle, I pre-scoop the ice cream the day before the party and store in Tupperware in the freezer. 

Then when the cake is served, I'm not stuck with ice cream that is hard to scoop out and everyone having to wait. 

I simply take one of the already scooped balls and place it on the piece of cake.  Makes things a lot easier and quicker.
